Wiideman HR Training

Wiideman HR Training is the core onboarding and compliance program for all employees and contractors. The course explains how we work, how we protect each other, and how we meet California’s state and federal requirements. It includes our policies on conduct, communication, sexual harassment prevention, accessibility, data security, time tracking, PTO, and workplace safety. Each module is short, direct, and focused on real situations so the team knows what to do and how to stay compliant. You also get step-by-step guides, required notices, and simple checklists so nothing gets missed. The goal is to create clarity, reduce risk, and help everyone work in a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment.
